So, my team lost in the conference final, in a rookie league... i remember i did read once all the teams that arrive in conference finals, get promote to the next league.

So is it 100% sure that next season my team will be in Prep league?

all rookie teams will bump up to the prep leagues, it goes by age basis. Being your team had a record of 16-0 they should get placed in the prep competitive league at least that's how i think it goes the higher winning percentage teams get placed in the tougher leagues when they jump up
