Give it time. Run this till day 46 and evaluate it at that point. During the off-season many dots get built and join teams. Many, but not all teams now just build with agents they know and this type of recruiting is done on team forums.

Cover LBs and Blitzers are built very similar. The positions posted are not set in stone, especially defensively.
