Doesn't work like that. Sorry. However, keep checking in on the 'Demand', especially after day 42 when some will recycle dots which changes the 'Demand'. Also, the better thing to ask for is for dots that are older than 600 days be NOT counted towards the 'Demand'. One of the biggest issues (I think) is the many dots that are out there on agent's pages who haven't logged in for years which count against the 'Demand' pool. Those dots are not only old, dead, and not playing at all but their owners are highly unlikely to log back in and recycle them for new builds anytime soon.

it's always a small window to create a hb with a free player.

If someone is even remotely paying attention, please scrub the list and retire dots over 600 days that haven't been active for 2 seasons or more.
