Can you roll for AEQ in the store for something useful for a rushing QB? I would like to get break tackle %, spin, power through. Is this possible? Or you need to build these?

Yeah. Mostly you're not gonna get great pieces for that particular archetype but you can get the pieces Red speaks of and add on what you need. Personally, I think it is so limited in what you're shopping for that building is the best route to go. IMHO.
