They never fixed the problem with the numbers for TEs....there is NEVER enough TEs...teams are always short in that position

It looks like the center position just opened back up...not that I was wanting to build one, but just to update the topic.

That's nuts.

Why can't the positions be broken down to archetypes. It would be easy enough to add in to the coding and would then differentiate a blocking TE from a receiving TE for instance.

Well, at this point I'm not sure why they don't just throw open the gates and let people build what they'd like. If there turns out to be zero demand for whatever gets built, those dots will be shortly retired and re-built into something that is attractive enough to sign.

Or that. There can only be so many HB's built to make it on teams.

Now I'm seeing several changes in farm team forums regarding who's building what--inability to grab free dots at certain positions (WR, TE, CB) affecting plans.

The biggest problem is, (IMO) there are a LOT of 'dead dots' out there on agent's pages, not signed to teams, whose creators haven't logged in in years... but they all COUNT towards the total number of dots at that position. Solve that problem and some of these issues will fade away.

Auto retire (name not kept) if dot or agent is inactive after 1 or 2 seasons...? Would need to update the Terms of Use I think.
