Retire, and then build a new one. It will be a better punter immediately, and it will be a lot more fun playing on a new team with a lot of players that are also new and building towards something.

Never lol. He is immortal. In fact, so old that the auto-contract function doesn't work for him. Support had to manually place him on a CPU team this season.

But what's the point? He's not helping anyone, and you're not going to get anything approaching a payoff for soldiering on.

Why not build a new, legit player and sign with a team that might do something?

Well, you want to bring a guy in, sit him down, and tell him he has to be euthanized? I just don't have the heart to do it. Hard to justify making another kicker, especially when the market for kickers is non-existent.
There literally is not a human-owned team for my other kicker, who is in his prime and has performed well. He's rotting on a CPU team right now, unsigned

1. Make something other than a kicker--there is no shortage of teams looking for players.
2. Don't give up on getting your kicker on a real team--I've had to LOOK for a replacement-kicker when one goes inactive. It happens.

Good luck!

It doesn't even matter for as old as that build is. With the decline his agility is in the 26 range anyways.

i have 2 kickers that exact same age. but while your kicker is only 3 levels below mine, you are 12 ELs behind. thats a staggering amount at this point, and i have 1 kicker that is a similar build, you are behind in every multi SP skill, some by as much as 25.

the sad news is that kicker is the 1 position where CPU players are generally as good as or better than a human player, which is why 1 of mine is sitting on a cpu team and the team i built for is using a cpu kicker, because i'm trying to figure out why i'm still missing inside the 50.

as a stc, i wouldnt give your player a 2nd look. he has no future on a good team unless someone takes pity on him. so dont throw good FP after bad, and retire him, and build something else. glb is shorthanded at nearly every other position (dont pick returner or punter) so there are plenty of non glamour positions available where teams would be coming to you. but definitely read some of the build guides as having an effective level below the actual level is usually a kiss of death regardless of the position.

I would suggest calling the VA as I'm sure there are plenty of VA hospitals nearby.
