Is it worth combining these two on a dot? It seems like Monster hit is the better of the two. Also what does everyone think of the Shock Block SA?

No idea on shock block but MH and BH are great options, especially as a team approach.

Shock block is one of those SA's where you simply have to believe it works because you're not gonna see it in the replays. Good luck.

Ah ok...I only ask because I got a +1 shock block EQ on the first spin for my OT. Unsure if I should put faith into it.

The best equipment to buy shopping is usually +3 skill and 5% gear, along with lucky rolls +3 skill-5% gear.

That would be an experiment. You could do a game at 4 shock block, and then put the EQ on and do a game at 10 and see if there's some amazing difference for your dot.

If you want the safe bet, just do HB%.

If you need to save BTs, do Foundation or pass/run block SA depending on archetype.

I was planning in a 4 EQ build geared for run stuffing.
