What are your thoughts on this worth taking?

I can't say I've seen it advocated much. Personally, I've never tried it because there were always better VA's to get.

If you max it out, you're essentially getting a coin toss to reduce morale and energy.
How many tackles are you making? Is morale draining part of the team strategy?
This on one lone dot isn't a great investment. If everyone on defense has it with Aoi, against say, a pHB that gets tackled 30 times a game... Then it'll start to sting a bit

yes works better as a team wide deal with monster hit and big hit throughout so you get a chance on every single tackle

This is true of most morale based VA's and SA's. If you're going to build a TEAM to punish/defend against punishment of morale then having just a few dots doing it it's a good strategy. Need to be a whole team concept.
(P.S. Almost forgot ST's. IF... if your dot is a HH LB build meant to cause forced fumbles on ST's then it's something you should seriously consider. Again, make sure you've gotten all the major VA's and SA's first.)
