Well if neither team is planning on staying then the loosing team between Oakland and Burnside should stay up, the only scenario there would be is if Burnside looses and Steel City beats Indianapolis Gurupies and Steel City beating Burnside in the two reg season games should give them the tie breaker,

But then again DS has plenty of dots that could fill Carthage in their network should they win and stay up.
