Is there training on day 0 for a player at 280 days? We used to have unused XP to turn in but for some reason my player is at 0/1000.

As far as leftover XP you have to watch how you boost from 68 to 69 to make sure you can get some leftover XP

yes, but game XP changes from 68 to 69 - after 69 boosting doesn't change your XP gains

OK the level 73 answer did me no good at all because you level-up when you hit 1000 XP and then you have zero. I want to be able to bank some XP to turn in for training so I need to know when they stop accumulating?

The game won't allow you to hit L80. So it depends on your boosting situation.

Haven't done this in a long time but, I think it's either 25 or 50 XP and I'd bet on it being 50.
