I'm currently training Speed/Agility/Jumping evenly and putting skill points into Vision. I'm hoping to get Strength and Vision to 48 as soon as possible. At 16 I'm going to +4 equipment bonus to Kicking.

I would leave Jumping for now, just train Speed/Agi, and maybe some Stamina.
I would consider putting Confidence up to 48, rather than Vision too.

- What is Jumping useful for anyway? It's a minor skill along with Speed and Agility but I don't even see how it could be helpful for a Kicker.
- I haven't dropped below 90 stamina after a game.
- I guess Confidence to 48 would be a good idea because I already get a point per level so that would be a huge Confidence amount after I gain some levels.

1. It's part of the kicking mechanics...but it's not as useful as agility.
2. That depends who you're playing. Sometimes my energy can go as low as 60 (such as the game I attempted 24 PAT's). It's still worth training occasionally.

1. Noted and considered
2. My team isn't awesome about offense as of now. Our last game, we lost 6-27 and the 6 points were from my FGs. I just played the game a couple hours ago and my Energy is at 96.

Your team doesn't seem to have too many blowout wins...so low stamina shouldn't be a problem.
TD's are the killer for energy...because you have to attempt the PAT, then kick off straight after.
