I could swear there was a direct quote from Bort saying as much that blocking was included in the break block calculation. Problem is, that there is so much more important things that are a bigger part of that roll.

I thought there was a time when blocking had to do with the initial block and strength/agility was holding the block so people were putting blocking on defenders to prevent locking onto the blocker. I know blocking didn't count for what people thought it did for a while
