Is anyone running this site?

I have been playing this game since season 2 or 3. I know interest isn't what it use to be and less dot owners and teams. But is it basically a dead site now?

I am having a few problems with the AI and seems that there is a bug or something. I have sent a PM to the site and no response. Also, a simple name change request weeks ago and that hasn't been done yet. The problem with the AI is that I have everything set up correctly (as far as I know) and for the most part to fires correctly with my defensive plays. Then all the sudden an odd ball play (that's not even on my list) gets inserted and boom, the other team gets a TD. It's kind of annoying because I spent a lot of time putting it together and for it not to work correctly isn't right. Games were lost BC of this. I sent them a message and no response.... anyone else having these issues?

Like I said, I have played a long time and spent tons of money on this. Was actually going to spend more to keep my team going, but if it's going to be a dead site I don't want to waste my money.

Thoughts anyone?

In my experience, if a play shows up that I don't expect and I think it's a bug and the problem is not in my AI..... the problem is in my AI. You have to scrape your AI from the top and figure out where you're missing something. That's just my experience though.

As far as getting a response from support.... unfortunately, it is what it is right now.

Three things!

When you say you sent a PM to the site, do you mean you filled out a support form? if not, I'd do that, to at least give them a fair chance to respond.

Second, the site is mostly dead and we certainly aren't getting any new changes or enhancements, but there are still a handful of us around to make things moderately interesting. From a support perspective, I've still had decent response to the few things I've needed, though admittedly it's been a few seasons since I reached out.

Third, even though the community is pretty dead, there are still often people who are willing to help out, if you decide to let them. I'd be happy to take a look at your AI if you don't mind sharing it with me. It's been awhile since I've done it, but I think the easiest way is to set me up as a GM on your team with defensive tactics capability. If you're interested, shoot me a PM.

This, and when I have a problem with my AI it is usually because of a Down-Distance thing. I didn't get a "yards to go" right or I didn't get the yards to end zone right. When I see something fire that is a GLB made play instead of one of my own, I know I have a dead zone in there. I usually stop the play by play at that play and go to my AI and find the down and where it is happening on the field and fix it.

Also about support, I sent in a ticket before this season started and I had a answer form DD within a few hours. Wasn't a answer I liked, so I wrote and told him so, and again wrote back asap. So in my experience just lately, DD is still out there!

Ditto--he's timely.

I know this when it comes to Admins;

Pallow hasn't logged in since December of last year.

Ellis Bell? June of 2014.

Euchrid? November 5th of 2015.

Rick Blain? April of 2015.

We're kinda down to DD and Corndoggy since Bort has also been mostly a ghostly name only anymore.

Which version?

Bort is either boozing away his millions on a beach somewhere or working hard on something new. Very hopefully the latter.

DD is on point for support issues in GLB though.
