While dozens I would think may be an exaggeration, I'm sure that they don't have to do any real hard recruiting to fill spots. My team doesn't have near the notoriety that theirs does, but I've sent out maybe 2 or 3 actual recruiting PMs since late in season 2, but have added about 12 players in that span of time.

It's also about how many people you know.
