Market has been so dry we need this for the higher levels.

Each team should be allowed 1 per Season(owner creates the player), but any more than that would be a issue and make the game die even quicker.

how does this make the game die any faster than it already is? at some point, there wont be enough players left for anyone to justify spending more money here. are there even 100 active people left here? player building got boring 5 or 6 years ago. now it's just a matter of staying involved enough so that the boredom of waiting a year for a player to mature, doesnt overwhelm the person. i'm sure i'mnot the only one not buying flex any more because we expect any day for glb to close its doors. i'm not even sure i will even bother to build more players because of the long ramp up time.

Actually I am a returning player after a layoff and their are other people on some of the teams Im on that are also returning players so this game isn't totally dying just yet

Could it be possible to say you build three reg dots and then have the availability to create a insta dot. That would throw dots out in the lower leagues still and also for those who want to do a insta dot can do so every once in a while.
A lot of agents don't even bother with their dots now in the lower leagues until they start getting up there in age.

I don't understand why it would make the game die faster neither besides for the agents would skip the lower leagues of those that who want insta or a faster build process. It has become boring building a dot for a year.

Not saying the game is totally dying here but it has become stagnant, bort needs to do something to get our interest back in the game.
Might not be insta dots even though that's what I would like to see but do something dam it.

I won't play again because it takes too long. I am certain there are others that are in the same boat.

That works as well. However, that could be much more code to write which also means NGTH. I was just trying to come up with a little help to the problem. I personally think they are going to leave it as is and when there are no longer enough players to support the game that will be the end of GLB......IMO.
