It feels next to impossible to find a 5% piece anymore. Is it because not as many people shopping to refresh the store? or is it the Admins just messing with us.

What level(s) are you shopping at?

I used to always shop early like 40's and 50's level range so then I could plan out my training because I would know exactly how many Bonus Tokens I need. Anymore I can't find squat at pretty much any level.

I just shopped for several dots at that level and had decent success. Some great, some average but always got either a +3 or 5%. May just be the positions as I know some are better than others.

i've always felt that a lot of shopping "luck" was dependent on the position. some positions have terrible luck, while others get showered in great picks. for instance, my wr, qb and fb rarely got anything good, but my k, and 2 Cs had incredible luck for what i was looking for.

Shopping for my WR was difficult as well. It took forever to get anything good. I finally got a 5% fake piece at level 41 and eventually picked up a 5% catch ball at level 51, but it took a lot of shopping. My last shopping trip, including the catch ball piece, was:
+2 agility Break tackle chance +2%
+2 jumping +1 Spin SA
+1 vision +1 Stiff Arm SA
+1 Monster Hit SA
+2 strength Deflect ball chance +5%

What a load of crap.

i have the most luck at levels 31 and 51, because you can get some nice non enhanced options. a plain +3 or 5% of the right type can still save a ton of BTs as those will be very cheap to buy and easier to get at the lower levels. its trying to hit that perfect +3/5% in the right eq slot that is a killer.

I seem to have the most trouble shopping for LBs. On my latest attempt I ended up settling for a 3% tackle and a 3% force fumble after spending about 30 BTs.

I wouldn't have taken either of those

I don't shop anymore. I get three pieces just like I want them, I don't even peek anymore!

doesn't shopping get frustrating when you get a decent piece but it is the wrong color?
