How does the playoff tie-breaker work these days?
In European Pro League - Western Europe Conference there are three teams "tied" with 9-7 records.
The Melbourne Beach Prototypes went 3-1 in the four "head-to-head" games...
1) Lost to Austin Dawgz • 27-34 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838232
2) Beat Casino Dogs • 47-3 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838238
3) Beat Casino Dogs • 38-23 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838292
4) Beat Austin Dawgz • 16-0 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838304
The Casino Dogs went 2-2 in the four "head-to-head" games...
1) Beat Austin Dawgz • 28-16 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838227
2) Lost to Melbourne Beach Prototypes • 3-47 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838238
3) Beat Austin Dawgz • 26-24 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838281
4) Lost to Melbourne Beach Prototypes • 23-38 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838292
The Austin Dawgz went 1-3 in the four "head-to-head" games...
1) Lost to Casino Dogs • 16-28 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838227
2) Beat Melbourne Beach Prototypes • 34-27 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838232
3) Lost to Casino Dogs • 24-26 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838281
4) Lost to Melbourne Beach Prototypes • 0-16 • http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2838304
Does the system ignore the third & fourth games? If they were included (and why wouldn't they be?) it would be logical that Melbourne Beach takes the third seed with the Casino Dogs taking the fourth. Instead the Austin Dawgz are in the fourth seed and the Casino Dogs aren't in the playoffs.
It appears that they went by points allowed • 296 - Melbourne, 320 - Austin, 395 - Casino.

tie breakers are broken... its supposed to be head to head, then goes to points against.... but it appears that the team that won the first matchup wins the tie breaker
if you look at SLAP.

Benitos and Midget mafia are both 14-1, and both 1-1, yet MM is in first place, even though the 2nd tie breaker is points against, and Benitos leads that 106 to 107... it only seems to care about the first match up. They never adjusted it for the 6 team 2x per season leagues.
