Three teams did it last season AND two teams 2 seasons ago, so asked support if it was possible. You can ask for it as well, there is no A teams or B teams here or favorites. But if it's such a big deal for you, i will request to change it back.
Maybe DD could finally put this one on Bort’s honey-do-list?
Not following defined rules on chem resets has caused GLB’s best agents to be at odds for too many seasons when both sides have valid arguments. This issue has made high paying agents quit in the past.
Why not a simple a fix like having all chem bottom out at 60 and Support would never have to deal with it again?
At the end of S56, Indy had 28 dots that were 440 days old. We were planning ahead, and we started moving players now to get ahead of the chem-fucking that would have occurred at the end of S57. This means we are kicking dots out that were on our last two championship teams. It sucks to send those guys to other teams, but chemistry is important. I hadn't noticed others requesting chem resets, but it is frustrating to see because we have spent numerous hours determining how to move players around to minimize chem losses.
Chem effects are too harsh when you have to come back from the 30s-40s. Owners outside WL would rather spend 600 flex on a new team that comes with 70/70/70 chem than face a doomed season.
Now that we got Avenger to rage quit over it, time has come to dial back chem hits, define when chem resets should be allowed and when gtfo.
I remember being on a team that was moving up together (no player losses) into Pro and suddenly getting a chem hit. The team should have been 100/100/100 but thats not how we started the season. It was adjusted up though.
Chem is literally an issue for O-line and QB/WR's IRL and not really a big issue for any other position at all. On top of that it is not nearly as problematic as the game has it. Just set a floor at 80% for O and 90% for D and call it a day.
