I am baffled why there are such swings in concessions from team to team and game to game. Anybody give me some insight on how to maximize revenue from concession sales?

blowouts produce higher concessions

halfway between suggested pricing and max pricing is a good place to set them

long ago, before the monetary change in the game, 1 cent less than max was the way to go

PS - if you know the game will be a blowout, go 1 cent under max

I do uses fixed numbers and that have turned out fine for me over time. At least $1 million sale, even at blowout losses.

League prices are set as such:

Rookie & Prep:

Beer - $6
Soft Drink - $4.5
Hot Dog - $6
Jersey - $55
Micro Brew - $7.5
Nachos - $7
Foam Finger - $18

University and above:

Beer - $6
Soft Drink - $4.5
Hot Dog - $7
Jersey - $65
Micro Brew - $8.5
Nachos - $8
Foam Finger - $20

And go heavy on passing. There seems to be a direct correlation to concessions sold, and the total number of plays in a game. Passing plays = quick TD's and incompletions stop the clock to squeeze in extra plays.
