You would think after 8 1/2 years of running a site someone would have figured something as minor as that out wouldn't you?

Hey, it's always been day 48. Our end builds have been calculated for BTs for 48 days. If you end a day early we will lose a train and 6 BTs which will kill some of these builds. Plus we have been telling everyone don't forget to boost by Sunday. Training has been scheduled out to prepare for the boosts for Sunday! Please don't do this!

My builds would already be goofed since I boosted this am. Should have ran the script twice last night. No response as of yet.

Plus people think it is Sunday and when they come back Sunday to boost it will be too late. You can't tell us on the day that this is the last day. This is absolutely crazy.

This also means one less day getting chem back and one less day of recruiting at 1 chem cost for player transactions.If anything you add a day or two, you don't take a day away.

I don't mind shortening it and running all of the scripts twice that would equal out to day 48...by day 48 your recruiting is mostly done or you are screwed anyway as the market is slim picking (more so than it used to be already)...as most dots don't sit around for a week anyway. But the thing is you need to run all of that stuff the night BEFORE the last day...otherwise it truly isn't equaling out to be like it is day 48!

And yes...the notification should have come much sooner than the night of day 46. Especially on a Holiday weekend when MANY people have plans!

Yeah, dumb. Should get extra chemrecovery as well, not just double TPs.

Dumbest decision ever by GLB. Not in touch with membership.Can't get the 8th TP to multi train before capping on some guys too. There are so many variables that were not considered or moreover didn't care. No one saw this coming. We have had huge events on Christmas Day. All holidays. Then I log on this morning to see this? All the prep work to finish my builds. Hitting all the normals so I can ding my attribute just right. Planning our BTs and TPs. Awful!

Glad to read others had others concerns also. Nice to read some members are paying attention. all of you.

Big question is people that thought they had 1 more day might miss their boost? thats a killer for all of us?

You can make up for it at the end of your build with the three extra boosts.
