Agility and vision too low. FS and QC would be better investments than Smooth Operator and maybe Shutdown Coverage. What is additional SA?

Is this a 4 AEq build?

As an 'overall' CB it's good. It's not too weak against the run (enough Str and Tak)... I probably would have liked a touch less Confidence and a bit more Agility. And agree with Sonic that AEQ makes or breaks the dot so it would be nice to know those.

The AEQ would be Avoid Fake, Deflect Chance, Make Tackle, and Intercept chance

The added SA is Jumping Catch

This isn't a final draft just kind of starting out the VPB process...

Basically I am aware that I could do less SAs and more attribute points, and I will in my next run through... I just left myself a few too many points at the end.

I was thinking of taking vision and agility a bit further, and potentially adding a bit more strength

I do want 10 points into Superior Vision, and will be doing the next run through as a "zone specialist" for this reason, I think.

Does smooth operator not actually work? my thought was if everyone was shooting for some "perfect point" of vision on WRs to avoid going overboard, that applying a lot of attention to an SA like this would result in potentially penalizing them below that "perfect point"

Vision should be highest natural attribute imo. Super Vision SA is huge.

Are you saying I should take speed much lower to increase vision slightly, is 10 points in a favored SA not pretty huge?

Most fakes can't be avoided with anti-fake % gear, when you're in coverage. Only base vision and Super Vision SA. (According to Bort anyway)

I meant that to read like it was good that you took that route, like a huge improvement.

your speed, agility and vision are way too low - also, Jumping Catch doesn't work for defense

that is a great build

in your opinion, what's the difference between an interception build and a regular shut down build?

I would say a shutdown would skip INT% for SDC SA, dump the SP put into Catching and build up more FS, CD and SDC

Jump and Catch at same lvl ,I wonder about the Catch as effective.
I have a habit of increasing Jump for PD .Catch for intercept.<one I haven't done as much.
