Left is weak right is strong. Strong is because the TE usually lines up that side

Wait. Maybe I don't know.

I didn't think it was set by the actual side. I thought it was determined by the TE line up, or the widest side of the field if there is no TE.

GLB didn't always have 2 TE sets, so the de facto strong side was the right side of the offense. The terminology on here has never changed, as far as I know, even though there are 2 TE and no TE sets.

This mostly because GLB always puts the ball in the middle of the field. In REAL American Football the weak side is the side closest to the sidelines because in REAL American football the ball gets placed on either the left hash mark, the right hash mark, or wherever the ball ends up when it is between the hash marks (aka, the center of the field).

In GLB football it's just as Slughead posted.

That was reason enough, looking at Def side right side is FS so I would say that's not right.
And some play calls may not use a TE or FB ,Then on DC the LOB doesn't get a snap ? It was a reasonable question.

This is absolutely true irl...

Here it's as simple as left and right

http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/images/plays/388.gif

This play is a QB roll out weak, even though there's no TE, and the ball is in the middle of the field.
