Elvis is back, playing his second consecutive season after a 21 season hiatus. Despite his advanced age (1,787 days old), he's enjoying a resurgence. The 26 tackles he's recorded this season are the most since season 15, and the 6 tackles-for-loss are the most he's put up in a single season in his career.

I wonder if the attribute-based VAs apply to the base attribute or the attribute total after all bonuses/penalties.

Like if you have 150 Speed with equipment and get a 10% bonus from SAs are you getting 15 extra speed or some smaller amount?

it's the base attribute

max is 4.5% is max for speed VA

100 speed would become 104.5, then add 55 from EQ (or whatever) for 159.5
