For non-specific players, how will we know what to build before roll over or are we just creating the players next season and losing all the training that we could be doing now.

You don't lose any training upon creating your players until Day 1, all players created between day 40 and Day 0 are created equally in peewee.

If you create on Day 0 you will have ALL TPs every dot created on Day 40 has acquired awarded to you on creation.

That being said, all players will be drafted by Day -2, giving everyone 3 days to create/sign their dots to teams.
