If this game is/was SO GOOD then why make it look like you're abandoning it for something else that's not as good? What makes this game good they DIDN'T take to GLB2... just the ideas we wanted. I'll never understand that move.

Their game, their money, they can do what they want to.

NOW leave that game out of this

Insta 79 sounds like a coiner game on Face book if you want to compare another game.
The active players involved dwindle in # of actives and u get more Multi's!

i wish that they had stagered casual and regular leagues so that people had more than 1 option to jump in and play meaningful games. and it would help with the loooong break for non playoff teams until real games started the next season

I think you could offer insta 79 at the same flex price and apply a discount to regular slow grown (with the option to back-pay off your discount for a boost to 79), and even more people would pay.

But we've been told over and over that the pricing structure is not going to change.

I actually wasn't thinking of instant 79's... more like a more common issue where someone builds a dot for a team then doesn't honor his obligation OR, for whatever reason, simply cannot. This leaves the team down a man (or more) and, with the way things are now, it's recycle and reboot because you can't 'catch a dot up' by building another one at that time. However, if you COULD build a new dot... mid-season... then an ability to catch that dot up for... say... 50 to 100 extra flex (depending on WHEN it's built) for would solve that issue. Also would work for any newbie (if there ever was one again) who happened to come in on the middle of a season and didn't want to wait forever to build a dot and join a team. I think the limit would be the trade deadline of that season so that a team could be bought then filled up just before the playoffs. Also probably shouldn't work for PeeWee leagues. I dunno. Just a thought.

Does that mean plateau starts as soon as you hit level 79? Or when you hit 280 days?

It'd be figured in automatically just as it is with the current situation. If you build one dot on day 42 and one on day 48 it doesn't matter... they both get the same TP and everything and will hit plateau at the same time despite the date of build difference. It'd be pretty easy to simply forward the timelines to whenever the dot is built, providing it's in the 1st season and not later than the last day you can add a dot to a team.

At least a million. Unless you subtract multi-accounts and admins and moderators and bug hunters. Then it's a little smaller number. Like.... maybe 50?

Well, maybe kinda? I mean, it use to be if you didn't get all your dots built EXACTLY on day 42 (or was it 41... gettin old dammit. ) then you were SOL. Then they introduced the current system where you can build anytime between day 42 and day 49 and you'll get the TP's and everything you need to make sure the dot is level with everyone elses. I'm saying extend that into the 1st season farther (right up until last day you can sign dots to a team) for a nominal cost (say 50 to 100 extra flexies)... complete with the extra missed boosts as well. I kinda don't see any problem with doing that much... except such things are pretty much dust in the wind since they've p'much abandoned this game beyond just the occasional bug fix (if that).
