I will say that the large number of rookie teams that seem to be cropping up in the TLFP thread is encouraging, as long as these teams can be filled.

rookie seems alive, because its a long rough road to world leagues

I was around in the beginning. S2 to be exact. Had a team for about 12 seasons, eventually developed feeder teams and all the crap. Just became too much with advanced tactics, so I stepped away. Then don't you know it you and a few friends get together, watching football, drinking beers and someone throws out and old team name or player name. That's how it all starts. Trying to be smarter about it this time around. Casual only. Got about 4/5 a team worth of commitments in 5 days. Hopefully this game has a little life still left in it.
