Depends completely on your AEQ needs and your BT totals. Switching from Multi-training to light training will vary on those needs. Otherwise, unless you have a skill you really need to intense train over (however) many days, you can multi-train right up to the very end.

12 BT's...unlocks a second training slot / upgrades training to +20%
18 BT's...unlocks a third training slot / upgrades training to +30%
