judging by his 3 AE LB with a 1300 EL my guess is it really doesn't matter because his builds suck anyway

I understand that breakthrough training happens, and if it does it does - YAY, wicked!) - but what is it, that makes it impossible for the calculated training progress numbers to match the posted numbers... That's my point... I mean, we're talking of a potential calculation error of 0.75% for EACH calculation, error meaning calculated does not match posed figure...

yes, I was 'over' it in the 4 minutes it took to OP, but this potential and frequent error -from what I heard in the last few days - is still ridiculous

Take responsibility for your own actions. Its clearly stated that training percentages are "approximate". You did this. Just own it.

it's not an error though. it's put in place to add some randomness to the build process. your challenge is to figure out how to best deal with the situation you are now in. Stay in the moment and rework whatever plan you had.

it's actually better for the game this way IMO -- without the random, it basically becomes an autopilot game where the big challenge is staying awake long enough to make a training change every few weeks

i have never lost to a cpu team.. just don't get how that can even happen....

even with just basic O and D in place..

not even in rookie.....

yet every season someone does and freaks out about it...

any good teams that were set to play ever lose? asking cause hell maybe i've just been lucky

Training is broken. After a season training less than one percent when it showed I should be at close to 3%, I had a long discussion with them. Answer was something to the effect, "Bort says it's ok the numbers hit lower sometimes". When I pointed out I had 3 dots all hitting below 1% for two seasons, the answer was something like, "what do you want me to do, Bort says it's not broken".

Do you recall anywhere where the maximum degree of variation (approximate vs calculated) was posted or mentioned? Or is the 'common' assumption to be around 3%? Ive heard 3% as most frequently mentioned regarding approximations...
