it's an improvement though. before it was literally ignore the AI for all 16 games, make the playoffs in a random seed and then coordinate for the playoffs.

it could be better with double sorting. but apparently it would take too many resources to run the sort in the off season and then again at the end of the preseason after a vast majority of the teams have been sold, bought, and filled to whatever degree
