Support will reset your chemistry to the new team level of 70/70/70 if your players forget to re-sign. I don't know exactly how long they've been doing it, but it's been at least 20+ seasons. I've had it done two times before and I know plenty of other teams who did as well.

Hell just give all WL teams a 30 plus boost. Doesn't matter to me. I think it should be a given across the board, not just one team. I fail to understand how one team can do that and I know for a fact OMM was denied the same request. Unless I miss my mark chem is for people who don't manage their rosters. We had a full season to get extensions signed. It won't matter things won't be changed.

It has been for many, many seasons.

You don't get a chemistry reset if you've signed a lot of new players. It's pretty silly to pretend that those are "the same request."

Your mark is missed. Chemistry is supposed to simulate the effects of roster turnover.

Tell me about it. I'm annoyed that we aren't 100/100/100.

As stated, the chemistry penalty exists to simulate the time it takes for new players to get used to each other. Grand Banks has no new players. Every dot currently on the team was already on the team this season. We've taken a 30/30/30 hit that we never should have had because of the delay in re-signing. WiSeIVIaN is crying about this because he's still mad that I didn't help him stay in the World League last season.

I dont see why you should get the chem reset because the agent didnt sign in to resign his players. Even if he was on a vacation it should be yours and his responsibility prior to the vacation to get the contracts resigned. And since you all decided to procrastinate and slack off then GLB Support has to step in and save you? How is that even remotely consistent or fair. To be honest the only time i have seen the chem reset is when the owner completely forgot to reup the team. He logs in day 41 and realizes what he did so support helps him out. Can someone show us an example of a chem reset when an agent just doesn't resign?

Again its another example of GLB support showing favortism and support for specific agents instead of being even keel across the board. Oh well...I am not honestly surprised by it because since day 1 GLB Support has done what they want when they want based on the agents (how much flex they have bought) so why should this be any different?

In the long run if you are in WL and this upsets you then just beat his damn team. If you get beat by him and want to use this as the reason then you dont deserve playing in the highest tier of this game.

Because that's not what chemistry is supposed to simulate.

Uhm ... that is exactly what happened here, only it was the co-owner instead of the owner.

Yeah, the admins obviously love me. I'm definitely one of their favorites.

end of the day Support did the right thing... it may not be a popular choice, but it's the correct choice...

same dots to roster, and everyone will have to "earn" their wins to stay in WL...

there's a lot of things that need to be fixed with this game, and this isn't one of them...

Chemistry is the dumbest feature in this game.

simple solution: make 70/70/70 the lowest that team chemistry can go

If I get a contract offer on day 32, then let him become a free agent, but decide to sign with that team again on day 48 does the team take a chem hit?

There wasn't any decision making involved here. It was a case of what you described: "when the (co-)owner completely forgot to reup the team."
