I always had two pieces of CEQ... when I was playing a FF team, I would put on my +6 Carrying, +12% Not Fumble Chance gear. Otherwise I would put on my +6 Speed, +12% Fake Chance gear (Because Break Tackle was already at 22.5%).
If you care about scoring TDs against weak teams, you can just go Speed/Agility/Carrying with a ton of SAs and go all Break Tackle % and Fake Chance % AEQ. Max out Spin, Juke, Power Thru, Head Fake, Open Field Fake with a whole mess of speed, agility, and carrying and you too can be a HoF returner.
But if you care about not losing the ball against good teams (usually deep in your own end), then you need to make carrying a huge priority in the build. You won't get stats, but you will help your team not lose games.
