I can confirm that we received them.

Rather than replying to everyone twice (once now to confirm that we know, then again later, after I've talked to Bort), I'm going to hold off until I've talked to Bort, which will be in a couple of hours.

In the meantime, yes, we are aware of the issue (no need to keep sending in tickets about this). When I have more details, I'll get back to every one.
