The game is "dead" because people think the game is dead. People think the game is dead because most players aren't relevant enough to talk about, and won't be for months and months, if ever because maybe they accidentally spent a skill point in the wrong place one time.
GLB2 is more lively because people are having fun at all levels, rather than just the last 10% of a player's life.

There are better solutions to these problems than GLB2.
I am a people, and I have fun at every level of GLB#1 (except rookie..I must admit I hate rookie) and have the least fun (outside of rookie) in the last 10% of a players life. Once dots hit lvl73 I get pretty bored.
Coordinating is always fun though.
Only reason condog speaks and thinks so highly of TheDuece is cause he helped create it. It's like being the parent to an ugly kid, you still think they are beautiful.
