until they actually start looking at teams instead of just records, there will always be teams in the wrong leagues. i've been trying to get 1 of the teams out of euro pro, but they will only move teams based on owners and not co-owners. so euro is probably going to get stuck with a cpu filled, non-run team despite my best efforts.
if teams arent almost filled by day 48, they should be manually moved down a league. if you only have 30ish players going into day -8, your chemistry is going to kill you all season. and by then, most of the quality dots have signed with teams.
