we all kknow the price structure isnt changing any time soon. There is a huge problem with the regional pro level. You could have cut regional pro all together. The problem is getting dots stuck at level 73 for an entire season, its such a wasted season.

Or maybe reduced flex costs for players

Won't happen since they cost so much to manufacture!

Again I do not understand for the life of me why they don't make players cheaper. They aren't going to spend anymore money coding this game, so why not make it "appear" active by having a shit ton of players. I would actually buy flex if they cut the prices in half because I would make more dots.

i dont think they can reduce flex cost because it covers three games but i dont understand why they dont lower dot costs either. at least let us play the game we want to play instead of burning through flex and leaving because its so expensive to play a game thats barely hanging on.

if theycut the dot prices in half, i would buy the biggest package and fill up my reset roster.

Stop crying and be happy. This is a positive change.

Agreed.

very necessary change. but cutting rosters to 50 would be nice too. way too much specialization and not enough room for multipurpose players.

Me neither. People would spend around the same amount, but the game would have more dots, and less teams folding.

On offense multipurpose players combat tagging which is powerful. On defense you could argue a lot of balanced builds get WL play.

Again cutting roster size is bad as those dots don't go back into the general pop pool.

i never said anything about players going to other teams. i'm aware that most of us make players for specific teams the retire them when the the team bellies up. but not all players retire. most seasons, there's a few teams building just from plateau players that dont want to retire since the costs are already sunk. once you hit plateau, you might as well play them out since they are now essentially free. but with fewer pro/wl teams, i wont be surprised if a larger % of homeless players just retire.

maybe itll make reg pro less of a joke and 73s will all go there and 79s will go to natty pro and good dots go to wl? idk.

its not about players disappearing with this change, the change is clearly going to make the pro leagues more competitive, and make people who want to make WL try a bit harder. It is a good change in that sense. I believe this is exactly what they were going for, is competition.

I remember proposing this idea 30 or so seasons ago. Way to be four years too late, but better than never.

I like the changes. The only thing I'm worried about is the possibility of a couple of elite agents coordinating/owning multiple WL teams, preventing others from having a chance at the big show.
