Irate players? Probably not getting paid or laid enough. Seriously though, here ya go.

Probably shouldn't spread out your Equipment like that (most don't). Also should focus on Strength as second skill, not Confidence. And shouldn't be focusing on ANYTHING but passing this early in the career.

And concentrate on one skill only for as long as possible before addressing second skill. Also, always concentrate on one skill at a time for most of early years (like until level 40-ish at least).
