I'm guessing your speed is posted as it is on the print friendly page (combined with additions listed in (+?)). If so... no... you're way off. I have a level 14 speed based build currently going and his speed is 86.5 (+8). Which means you've been spreading your SP's around and not holding between caps, spending ONLY when caps can be hit. Your agility and catching are far too high for a speed based WR at this level. Why is that bad? Because once your dot hits plateau, he's going to be the slowest speed WR on the field, unable to shake his much faster defenders and get open to catch passes. He'll be awesome down at these lower levels... will post boomer stats... then, as he grows older, his numbers will begin to dry up as will his PT on most teams.
