He also doesn't build for max EL, he builds them to do their job. As for coverage guys, his have always been close to only 1/3 allowed receptions. I think that is way above the average.

Not that I think I'm among GLB's best dotbuilders (as I most certainly am not), I still build some decent WL dots.
Btw to the OP, you can't recruit a team like this. The fact is all of GLB's best dot builders already have owners they trust, and have been giving them dots for likely years. Unless you can offer something those owners cannot, why would you think 55 dots would be made by top GLB dot builders for you?
When starting a new team, you should reach out to agents you know that build great dots. If you don't know agents that build great dots, planning to create a roster to win WL is a pipe-dream.

this is all there is to it. by now, most of us have made friends with guys over the past 6 years and always build for them. i rarely build or give my dots to anyone that i havent been playing with for years.
