given a team need, there should ALWAYS be a much higher EL for a 2 AE dot than a 3 EL dot - most people understand this

Yes. We have all seen high EL dots not work in a system though. Very tuned coaches can do it. The best high EL builds are designed by the coaches who need the dot. Dot do only what dot do for EL

I have also seen and built 4 AEQ dots for EL. Hell, I know builders that can do 1 AEQ hot dots. Honestly I have done NO AEQ EL dots with extreme builds that function perfectly at a particular league level. Hood knows frog so its out there. A perfect EL dot with perfect number is never an average dot for any team period.

The problem is not to find agent that builds great dots... its more about keeping the same group of players for 7+ seasons

when you lose some thats when you have to find replacements that arent as good sometimes
