They are in zone and they don't have the vision to react properly. Give it some time or switch to a man scheme.

They are assigned man in the 1st slot, then default to zone if their man don't go weak or strong.

My team (Rolle Bolle) is at the same level and our DB's do all kinds of stupid things. I'm kind of a rookie at the DC thing, but it looks to me like they are playing zone and no one comes into their zone so they are waiting for the play to develop.
