Ouch, the game ended up being a blowout.
Yeah it did. I actually wanted to pick the Jackals/Legacy's Legion game as the GOTW, but I thought it would be poor taste to run with my own team for the first write up.

...and yes Dave, there are 2 of us on the team lol
I gave it 50/50 odds, considering how many multi-accounts are out there now days.
Week #3 GOTW (#1): Tokyo Dragon Army @ Seven Cities Thundercats
Tokyo has looked pretty good early in the season (like I thought they would), but they haven't faced a team anywhere near as good as the Thundercats. BadBuc will have his hands full trying to stop that T-cats rushing attack, while not completely selling out against it (because they can pass the ball too). On the other side, I'm wondering if not being able to find blocking FBs catches up to Tokyo this game. OKCard may have to get a bit creative trying to move the ball against this stout Thundercats defense.
I'm really anxious for this one, to see how this new Tokyo team handles one of the upper tier teams. In the end, I think that Mad Skillz will be too much for Tokyo, and the T-cats will win by a couple of scores.
Week #3 GOTW (#2): Ljungskile Mini Wolves @ Long Island Sound
Another game of undefeated teams has to get a write up too. Long Island is coming off a big win over Choppin, where they made me look silly (which really isn't hard to do). The Mini Wolves are likewise coming off of a big win against a pretty good Hellas Hoplites team. Last season when these two went at it the Mini Wolves came away with a 25 point win, and put up 500 yards of offense. If Long Island wants to win this one, they're obviously going to have to do a better job defensively.
I feel like this Long Island team is better then last years team for some reason (probably because of what they just did to Choppin). That being said, this Mini Wolves team is just too damn good. I expect the Wolves to win this one, though it may be a bit closer this time around.
