What is the best way to determine where your running style slider should be?

I heard some people say you should match your agility if you wanna run elusive
to be honest I run mostly on 60-70 elusive
and
70 power on power back

Okay yeah in serious talk there's no "right" setting. Sometimes i tell agents to set to max powwer rushng. I dont usually go to max elusive tho. Dude starts doing funky stuff then.

But the system says something like it's most effective with high agility. So could I just put all my SP and training efforts in agility? Would the play go on for the whole quarter because he'd make you miss every time but never move forward to score?

I'll try this and see how it goes. What happens where you have perhaps 90 agility and 90 strength as a runner? Just pick one?

means he's a power back. speedy back won't get near that strength so I'd go with the settings of a power back (somewhere between 70 and 30 power running )

I usually set the slider to 99 for elusive HB's when they get into university level. If they dance around too much, I lower it by 5 until they perform good.
I like it when the LB's go for the flat, and my HB sees it and cuts inside for a big gain or TD.

I've used this 'theory' for so many seasons now it should be law. I never set the slider below 50 (for any type of runner, HB, FB, WR, TE, QB) and, once the dot's build starts getting serious (when you've gotten at least 50 points into Agility), I never set the slider more than 10-15 points higher than the agility of the dot. Many, many, many, many seasons ago there were plenty of discussions, here and elsewhere, about dots acting 'wonky' and the reason was generally thought to be too high of a slider setting... mostly 'Super Elusive' settings. As a returner builder, I tested a bunch of different approaches and, when this one worked, have never done anything else since. Also, have never ever had another issue with my dots doing 'stupid' moves because of the agility settings. I don't know the 'secret code settings' the Bort and Co. put into this, but doing what I just said has worked perfectly for me for so long, it's automatic for me to do it this way.

So like 100 agility = 100 on the slider? Or 99, 95, 90?
