Always pm the agents when you want a dot. Notes on tenders are cheap and don't show any effort.
And finally, do what Pooperdog does with Volgograd. PM other team's agents when their players do well against your team.
Tell them their dot is great, include the play link and as the season nears d.40 start poaching like hell.

One of the better owners on GLB. If he is starting a team/needs a dot, I'd always go with this guy.
