Too many times owners forget to pay the loan back messing the CFO up!!

Yep. I find it difficult to believe this would be a hard thing to implement..

Well, as CFO for several teams... many owners seek coordinators to do it all for them. We give tons of permissions to OCs, DCs and even recruiters who can cut dots!!

Maybe send a PM to the owner when a transaction by the CFO is executed?

i would say that st and finances are the 2 things that could benefit from a complete overhaul. i would loved to have had different stadiums with different strengths and weaknesses. everyone knows how to build a stadium now, so whats the point?
