We've got a team that just has voted to stick it out for our decline season and despite asking for a demotion, we got promoted up to Pacific Pro. We'd rather go down to Reg Pro as we're going to be declining and I see things going very badly for us in Pro as in 0-16 bad.

I doubt a 1st ssn decline team goes 0-16 in Pro these days given just how poor Pro is....prolly playoff material fwiw

In Pac-Pro, it depends on what conference they are in. The Oceania Conference is the toughest conference in GLB to make it to the playoffs let alone WL out of at the Nat Pro level.
