yep, there are ebbs and flows during that day as players get retired. i've even seen some on day 41. you can also create a bunch of hb to tie up spots, then retire them all to bring it back into average demand. then make your freebie

I got lucky and made one some time back but hes getting old now.I doubt I will get lucky again to get another one..
