They are usually pretty good in that regard imo. euchrid took care of an issue for me within a few hours earlier this week.

As critical as I can be of WG, I've found their Support staff to be responsive and helpful... most of the time, anyway. There was one memorable episode where Support seemed to be going out of their way to fuck me over repeatedly, but no company is perfect, I suppose. On balance, they seem to resolve issues quickly and properly.

Surprisingly, you have it reversed. EB was responsible for my Support nightmare. And despite my public clashes with Euchrid, dude has always been solid for me behind the scenes. I actually pull some of my punches with him because of that.
