Just names given to the most dominant team the last 13 years....keep on hatin' and we'll keep on winning games, divisions, conferences and superbowls

I think we know why Wes Welker dropped the pass in their last Superbowl loss. He wasn't used to catching legally inflated footballs.

It must be breaking a rule in such a way that gives you an advantage. The Patriots played BETTER in the second half, not worse when the deflated balls were removed. Have you guys ever thrown footballs or worked with QBs? It's hard to imagine Tom Brady would want a ball at 10.5 psi.

There's a reason Aaron Rodgers likes his balls inflated to the max. It helps a lot on deep throws. Tom may like a ball with less air - our HS QB does as well for the grip, but dropping down to 10.5 psi on purpose seems like a stretch. That would seriously hamper any attempts at deep passing. It seems more likely to me that some equipment malfunction led to this. It was hurting the Pats in the first half and once it was rectified at halftime they played better. Not actually sure why the story has been presented as cheating at all. When something happens with equipment that hurts your performance, how is it speculated that you were cheating to bring that disadvantage about?

Deflated balls help the RBs more than the QB. Esp. in rainy weather.
