I suggested being able to buy stuff with it... like a mansion, fancy cars, bling... just stuff. Or, at the very least, the agent should be able to get 10% of all his player's cash (hey... agent, right?) and have a page where he could exploit his riches with junk. But I suspect it's just another in a long and growing line of NGTH.

Players get Reward Points equal to 1/100,000 or maybe 1/10,000 or even 1/1,000 (keep fractions) of the contract value of their dots that are playing for HUMAN controlled teams not owned by themselves.
This would let one dot n00bs who play the game actively get flex to buy CEQ, thus enjoying the game more. Maybe buy a second dot. They get and stay interested and then when they grow up, they buy flex.
And for regular players it is an incentive to build dots for others.
Thus increasing dot populations and making the game more active, attracting and retaining yet more customers.
