I remembered I had some contact with an administrator recently over a different matter and I still had the name in my inbox, so I contacted him asking for a name or link to whomever who could help me. He got back within a couple hours and said he would look into it. Great ! ! ! , now we'll get the ball moving. Three days later, still nothing.
Back to Support. On December 20th I added another comment to the post asking for someone to please get back to me. Nada.
Last night (21st) I added another comment, this time saying that frustration level was very high and if I posted again I was done being as nice as I had been to date. Still Nada
Now my questions to the rest of you peons out there ( peon - contracion of the verb To piss on)
Does anybody out there know of a way to fix this without Supports help?
Does anybody out there know of a way to contact someone who will help?

Yes, you are wrong. As I posted in another thread:
GLB sits back in Portland and is amused every day looking at GLB1 -- "Look, those guys are STILL playing that one." Everyone who's been here longer than year knows the GLB2 game gets the assets now -- in development money and manpower.
It's where they want you to play. They have shut this game down defacto, it essentially just runs on autopilot, and that is not gonna change. It is by design.
We are the proverbial 10-year-old car that no one puts money into to fix or maintain anymore. The owners moved onto the new one, GLB2. We are sitting up on blocks in Billy Bob's front yard.
There won't be fixes of scripts, there won't be format changes, there won't be anything. The game will, by design, continue to downsize itself until the product owners can justify pulling it down off the server.
